Kim is, first and foremost, a coach who is deeply committed to helping people grow with confidence, clarity and purpose. Her approach is warm, curious and grounded, creating a space where people feel genuinely heard, thoughtfully supported and appropriately challenged to step into their potential. She combines deep listening, strategic insight and behavioural science to help leaders navigate change, strengthen their impact and move forward with intention.

Alongside her coaching, Kim brings more than 25 years’ experience in executive leadership, business development, partnerships and collaboration across the not-for-profit, local government and private sectors. She has led organisations through growth and transition, supported struggling services to improve, and helped shape programs that make a meaningful difference in people’s lives.

Her coaching is informed not only by professional experience, but by her own leadership journey, including the learnings and challenges that come with navigating complex roles and environments. This lived experience gives her a deep understanding of what it takes to lead well, stay grounded and keep moving forward with courage and clarity.

Since 2012, Kim has coached a diverse range of female and male leaders across the not-for-profit and private sectors. She has also mentored hundreds of small-charity leaders in the UK, established a national peer mentoring program for the Fundraising Institute of Australia, and contributed as a global mentor to the Pioneers for Change fellowship.

As Jack Welch said, “Before you are a leader, success is all about growing yourself. When you become a leader, success is all about growing others.” Kim brings this philosophy to her work every day, supporting people to develop their leadership, strengthen their confidence and grow in ways that help others thrive too.

A highlight of her career was being selected to join a global cohort of ASX and FTSE 100 companies to learn from Nobel Laureate Professor Muhammad Yunus of the Grameen Bank in Bangladesh, deepening her understanding of social business and sustainable change.
